First show of 2015, first (real) show of the Trust Fall-era. They are playing an hour. Predictions about setlists? Expecting a hit-list, with Absolution Calling and Trust Fall and hopefully at least one nice deep cut or an unexpected single.

Damn I wish I could make it to one of these Australian shows. I'd expect both Absolution Calling and Trust Fall, along with singles and maybe a song like The Warmth or Just a Phase.

Personally, I'd like to see the return of Here In My Room/My Girl. It's probably not a great choice for a festival set but maybe they could bust it out in headlining shows. Or even better, do one of their famous "mashups" and let Ben sing the cover. That would be fun.

Reply from one dude in Twitter regarding setlist:

Quote:
@jelgerw @iamnotshouting weird to be honest. Missed a few big songs. And brandon thought the set was overtime and Mike played another song!

No drive he later added. Couple of songs from INNW and no stellar (which surprise d him, not me. They hardly ever play it.)

Another on Twitter said:

Quote:
@jelgerw @IncubusBand played two from Morning View, two from A crow, one from Make yourself, adolescences and two new ones

Which would make eight songs, seems too short. And no light grenades. Later she said

Quote:
@jelgerw @IncubusBand they played wish you were here, pardon me, adolescence, a crowd left, megalomaniac, a kiss to send us, anamoly
@jelgerw @IncubusBand nice to know you and two new ones.

Yeah I added that to setlist.fm, with the tweets as source. Order could be wrong.

Yeah wouldn't be surprised if it's incomplete too.

I remember when songs from S.C.I.E.N.C.E used to be played at festivals too Sad

That's a loooong time ago. I do think they'll satisfy more fans if they threw in vitamin.

By the way, got confirmation that Crow was the show closer after all, including the she's so heavy-snippet

At this point, I don't expect a Science song to be played unless the band has a 90+ minute set. I don't know if those songs really fit alongside everything else they're playing.

I like the setlists this far. They've been playing only harder rocking singles while still managing to pick some of the "best" non-singles (Crow, SSLW, AKTSUO, ITCOW).

I'm hoping more for songs from MV and onward that don't get played a lot live. I don't get as excited these days for MY and Science songs. I did love the Magic Medicine/A Certain Shade Of Green combination they did for the INNW European shows though. If they picked just one from Science, then that would be the one to get people hyped. Glass is always cool because of what Kilmore does on it. I've already seen Vitamin a bunch of times and don't know if we'd get a version any better than what we've gotten already. New Skin and Redefine have lost some of their luster for me.

Don't get me wrong, I still really enjoy Science, but there is so much more recent stuff I'd rather hear instead, especially anything from Crow.

Honestly, with the spacey effects in Absolution Calling, I thought Nebula would be a pretty good fit from SCIENCE.

Anyway, I'd still love to see any SCIENCE-song, but a setlist certainly doesn't suck because they are lacking.
