Let me know if you see this error when attempting to use the board. I just got it and made a change that should help.

Increased max_user_connections in my.cnf.

Altered sessions.php so anonymous users have one session per ip.

Altered robots.txt so bots don't crawl through the search pages, generating retarded load.
